where I’m from

a small and sunny town by the Mediterranean sea. In 2007 I moved to NYC, and since 2011 call Berlin my home. I love traveling, and give classes, workshops, retreats and healing sessions around the world. I feel most at home when I teach.

what do I have to give

In the last decade I specialized in healing with ‘Sat Nam Rasayan’. The practice of Sat Nam Rasayan is very simple, yet endlessly deep and sophisticated. The practitioner develops a strong healing presence and a state of deep inner peace. Sharing these ancient Teachings is my passion. I believe everyone is a “natural born healer”, and feel happy and blessed to show you the way.

I believe our increasingly complex lives need to be simplified. Yoga, meditation, and ancient healing traditions provide us with perfect, timeless tools to help us gracefully navigate through these challenging times. When we are strong, healthy, energized and clear minded – sharing, loving and healing become effortless, it becomes our way of life.

Workshop

Effortless Silence / ‘Sat Nam Rasayan’

Sat Nam Rasayan means “Deep Relaxation in the True Identity.” It is an ancient healing art of pure meditative absorption in the Divine. Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan means entering a state of total surrender, becoming nothing, and operating from the state of ‘Shuniya’. The mind of the Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner becomes transcendent and in the vastness of this consciousness healing can occur.

In the workshop, we will explore our meditative capacity, and get a taste of this beautiful healing art. Through specifically chosen meditations from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, and through guided healing exercises, where the participants will be working on each other – you will get a ‘hands-on’ experience of Sat Nam Rasayan.
